An extra $1.50 per hour is paid for shifts worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
What you’ll do
- Keep the store looking its best by cleaning and maintaining interior and exterior windows, service areas, parking spaces, extended parking areas, curbs, dumpster areas, floors, restrooms, food and beverage sections, coolers, freezers, and the surrounding grounds.
- Take charge of inspecting and cleaning service areas, maintaining fuel dispenser units, and cleaning and stocking car wash areas where available.
- Handle snow removal when needed.
- Support store teammates wherever help is needed to maintain a spotless and welcoming environment.
- If hired into a full-time version of the role, be ready to work across two store locations; travel time and mileage beyond 15 minutes are reimbursed.

The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys cleaning work, and is comfortable with light maintenance tasks. Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning work is helpful. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Benefits and perks
Team members may be eligible for quarterly employee bonuses tied to company performance, paid time off, 100% paid parental leave for mothers and fathers, a 401(k) match, employee stock ownership, ongoing professional development, $5,250 in annual tuition reimbursement, full medical, vision, and dental coverage, uniforms, and discounts on snacks.
