Working Pattern
This role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility within those hours.
Role Overview
The Cleaning Operative will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene on site, support positive relationships with clients, and respond quickly and professionally to day-to-day questions or concerns.
Key Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels in line with management direction.
- Handle and look after cleaning equipment appropriately.
- Build and support positive working relationships with clients on the contract site.
- Deal with enquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned by management.
Candidate Profile
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience in cleaning is required.
- Strong customer service ability is important.
- You should have solid interpersonal skills and clear communication skills.
