Role Overview

As a Cleaning Operative, you will help maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards on site, support smooth day-to-day operations, and provide a professional service to clients and visitors.

Key Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with management instructions.
• Handle cleaning tools and equipment properly and take care of them during use.
• Build positive working relationships with clients at the contract location.
• Respond quickly and professionally to questions or complaints.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

The employer is looking for someone with prior cleaning experience, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and work well with others. Applicants must also have the legal right to work in the UK.
