Role Overview
As a Cleaning Operative, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene on site, support positive working relationships with clients, and respond quickly to queries or complaints. You will also be expected to handle cleaning equipment responsibly and take on reasonable additional duties as assigned by management.
Key Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels in line with management instructions.
- Operate and look after cleaning tools and equipment appropriately.
- Build and maintain respectful working relationships with clients on the contract site.
- Respond to questions, issues, or complaints in a timely manner.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by management.
Candidate Requirements
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience in cleaning is required.
- Strong customer service ability is important.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
