E-Medicals, a prominent provider of medical expert witness reports for personal injury claimants throughout the UK, is seeking a Claims Case Handler to join their Clevedon office. Key Responsibilities
As a Claims Case Handler, you will deliver exceptional customer service to solicitors and their clients involved in personal injury claims. Your duties include selecting appropriate medical specialists and securing medico-legal reports with sensitivity, thoroughness, and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service with proven experience in service-oriented roles.
- Comfortable engaging with the public as well as legal and medical professionals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional skills in prioritization and organization.
- Problem-solving abilities with effective decision-making confidence.
- Self-driven with a willingness to acquire new knowledge.
- Prior experience in legal or medical fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
