Role Overview
Jio is seeking a City Maintenance Point Security Lead in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. This full-time, onsite role focuses on safeguarding telecom network assets, coordinating with network teams, and ensuring security policy compliance across fiber and 4G infrastructure.
Qualification Requirements
A graduate degree is required. An MBA is preferred. Candidates from any academic stream are eligible to apply.
Core Responsibilities
- Protect the FTTX network through patrolling, theft-related investigations, and audits of FTTX nodes.
- Drive execution of SLP policies and work closely with network and FTTX teams.
- Monitor adherence to ID card compliance and support Jio Mitra engagement initiatives.
- Handle SAS project execution and ensure SAS equipment remains operational.
- Oversee the NW SLP budget for the circle.
- Secure the 4G network by carrying out patrols, theft investigations, and audits of small, medium, and LFL sites.
- Maintain access control across network sites and implement SLP policies in coordination with network teams, solpars, and SP teams.
- Support SAS implementation and uptime, along with circle-level NW SLP budget management.
Required Skills and Experience
- Hands-on exposure to fibre operations and maintenance.
- Background in OSP and infrastructure maintenance.
- Experience in telecom security operations across ISP/OSP environments.
- Familiarity with project deployment, network rollout, and network operations.
- Ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong decision-making capability.
- Analytical mindset for issue resolution and investigations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
