Job description
Role overview
This newly created leadership position sits within a private equity portfolio company in the healthcare sector. The organisation has a strong presence in Singapore and Malaysia and is pursuing an ambitious growth agenda, creating the need for an experienced operations leader to join the team.
Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will take ownership of all non-clinical operations across the group’s businesses. The role is highly visible and will play a central part in improving operational performance, connecting platforms and services, and supporting the organisation’s ability to scale while maintaining quality across the healthcare environment.
Key focus areas
You will be responsible for preparing and launching new entities, ensuring operational readiness through structured planning, deployment of the right workforce, implementation of processes and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will help align operating models across the wider platform to create greater consistency, stronger organisational integration and better business outcomes.
Experience and profile
The ideal candidate brings deep operational leadership experience, preferably spanning healthcare and hospitality. A strong background in managing complex multi-site operations is important, along with hands-on experience in business scaling, transformation, integration and performance enhancement.
Prior exposure to commissioning new facilities is highly valued, particularly in healthcare, hospitality or other regulated environments. The role also suits someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth settings and has worked in private equity-backed businesses. Regional exposure across Singapore, Malaysia or similar regulated markets would be an added advantage.
Application notes
Preference will be given to candidates who are eligible to work in Singapore. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. Reference information: CK36062. L/N 16S8060. R/N 1106833.
