About the Role

The Pacific Reseller Operations (PAC RO) team serves as the primary operational bridge with Apple's Reseller Partners, striving to optimize supply chain efficiency and maximize sales growth in one of the fastest expanding global regions. This senior individual contributor role seeks a proactive professional to leverage business acumen, deepen process knowledge, and employ analytic expertise to provide impactful solutions for the PAC RO team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the authority on business analytics within the Reseller Operations team.
• Lead efforts to standardize account deliverables and ensure commitments are consistently met.
• Develop and maintain a performance management framework aligned with organizational scorecards.
• Support business rhythms on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Build data-driven models to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collect and share pertinent information with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
• Identify and propose process enhancements based on trend and data analysis.
• Collaborate with partners to secure consensus and execute process and capability improvements.
• Engage in cross-functional teams to resolve business or system-related challenges.
• Work closely with reseller channels on key initiatives and analytical requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Outstanding data analysis and statistical capability.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Comfortable operating amidst ambiguity and change.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work within stringent deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macros.
• Aptitude for integrating quantitative and qualitative data insights.
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement and an innate curiosity to understand underlying systems.
• Proficiency in managing large, diverse datasets.
• Highly detail-oriented and self-driven, capable of thriving both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to maintain composure and positivity in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Skilled in fostering productive cross-functional relationships.
• Influencing and gaining acceptance in sensitive contexts.
• Extensive experience in data mining and conducting ad hoc analyses.
• Prior exposure to Supply Demand Planning, Logistics, or Inventory Management is desirable.
• Familiarity with Business Objects, SAP, or mySQL is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a university degree; an MBA is advantageous.
