Role Summary
The Apple Sales organization generates essential revenue to support continuous product and service innovation, impacting millions globally. As a key representative to our largest customers, the sales team plays a vital role in business growth.
We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead development and execution of AppleCare programs, enhancing attachment growth and commercial results throughout Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AppleCare strategies and account plans based on thorough analysis of market trends and channel activities in collaboration with local and regional teams.
- Oversee all facets of AppleCare program management including commercial success, attractive offerings, integrated promotions, optimal customer experiences, and sustainable business expansion.
- Handle program operations by managing partner relationships and facilitating cross-functional collaboration internally.
- Provide resources for program development such as educational content, marketing materials, stakeholder engagement, and communication initiatives.
- Establish performance tracking systems to measure the success of programs against business goals.
- Communicate program outcomes to leadership, financial teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advocate for market needs within headquarters to ensure mutual understanding and resource support for program success.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in commercial, product, or program management roles within sectors such as carrier services, consumer electronics, distribution, or retail business development.
- Proven track record of creating effective partner programs that generate additional sales revenue.
- Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional initiatives from inception to implementation and continuous improvement, complemented by excellent project and organizational management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and global work environment.
- Excellent communication skills including presentation, writing, verbal, and interpersonal abilities in English.
- Professional fluency in Thai is essential; proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages is advantageous.

- Outstanding communication and influencing abilities with experience securing executive-level approval and uniting diverse stakeholders through compelling narratives.
- Capacity to establish and maintain strong networks internally and within partner organizations.
