Role overview
A globally recognised, fast-growing organisation is looking for an experienced Category Manager to become its first procurement specialist based in Ireland. This newly established position sits at the heart of the company’s Irish expansion and offers the chance to shape procurement from the ground up, supported by an established global procurement team.
The role is focused on building local procurement capability, putting robust processes and governance in place, and applying strategic sourcing practices to deliver value across indirect spend. A major part of the portfolio will be Facilities Management, making this a commercially important role with broad visibility across the business.
Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. Working arrangement: Dublin (Hybrid Working).
Compensation: €70,000 - €90,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.
What you will do
You will lead sourcing and commercial activities across Facilities Management and other indirect categories, while working closely with local leaders and global procurement colleagues to establish a scalable procurement model.
Additional information
This is a newly created opportunity within a business investing heavily in its Irish operations. The successful candidate will operate as the first dedicated procurement contact in Ireland, with strong autonomy and direct access to senior stakeholders. The remit includes helping to create the foundations for future procurement team growth in Ireland.
