This position is for a hands-on professional who can oversee carting and transport activities while also managing government tender work through the Etimad platform. The role combines field supervision with office-based procurement tasks, and it requires someone who can keep daily logistics running smoothly while also handling tender documentation, submissions, and compliance needs.

- Work closely with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams to keep workflows aligned.
- Check that delivery papers and operational reports are completed correctly.

- Make sure safety rules, PPE use, and general compliance standards are followed.
Etimad and Tender Responsibilities

- Coordinate internally on pricing, cost calculations, and approvals.
- Ensure all actions remain aligned with Saudi government procurement requirements.
- Keep organized records of submitted tenders and related contract documents.
Skills and Experience
The right candidate should bring real experience in Etimad tender handling and Saudi government tender processes, along with a background in logistics, transport, or carting operations. Strong people management, practical fleet and routing knowledge, accurate documentation, and clear communication are all important. The role also calls for the ability to stay calm under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve issues that arise in both operations and tender processing.
Working Style and Conditions
This is a Jeddah-based role that combines office work with field supervision. Depending on operational needs, extended working hours, weekend shifts, or other shift patterns may be required.
Education Requirement
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is preferred.
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with experience in logistics companies serving government clients will be preferred.
- Knowledge of tender pricing and costing is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with transport routes across Saudi Arabia is useful.
- The person should be comfortable handling both office-based tender tasks and field-based operational supervision.
