As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #2748 in Gulf Shores, Alabama, you’ll help create a strong first and last impression for shoppers by keeping carts available, organized, and clean. This role involves working outdoors and staying positive through changing weather conditions.

Compensation
The hourly pay for this position is between $16 and $29. The listed wage will meet or go above the minimum wage required in the job location. In addition, you may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Certain situations may also qualify for premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific duties, and more than one premium can apply when the criteria are met.
Work schedule
This is a full-time position with opening and morning shifts available.
Key duties
- Collect shopping carts from the parking area.
- Use equipment to transport carts from outside back into the store.
- Keep carts sanitary, tidy, and ready for customers.
- Support a smooth shopping experience by helping maintain the store’s exterior presentation.
