This full-time onsite position is for a Clean Team Lead at Walmart Supercenter #401 in Plaquemine, Louisiana. The role focuses on keeping the store environment clean, safe, and welcoming so customers have a strong first and last impression.

Pay and additional compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is $19 to $32. The final hourly rate will meet or exceed the legally required minimum wage for the work location. In addition to base pay, the job may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Extra hourly premiums may also be available in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed. More than one premium may apply when eligibility criteria are met.

Job overview

Janitorial associates are responsible for helping customers experience a clean store at both entry and exit points. The work includes maintaining cleanliness throughout the property, from the parking lot to the restrooms and receiving area, while supporting a safe shopping environment.
