Key Responsibilities
- Interpret building plans and architectural drawings accurately.
- Choose appropriate building materials for projects.
- Measure and cut materials precisely to specifications.
- Build structural frames and fit internal and external cladding.
- Install windows, staircases, and doors effectively.
Requirements
- Proven qualification as a foreman builder.
- Strong communication skills pivotal to the construction process.
- Capability to lead and manage a small team of 1-3 workers on site.
- Ability to construct buildings to a high level of quality while coordinating with staff and clients.
