What you'll do
- Run one-to-one coaching sessions that help individuals plan their careers, move forward, and build effective job search strategies.
- Lead group coaching discussions centered on professional development, career progression, and employability.
- Contribute to team coaching work that improves collaboration and overall team performance.
- Encourage participants to stay engaged and make steady progress toward their development goals.
- Deliver live virtual coaching sessions across multiple international time zones.
- Guide people on self-leadership, making career decisions, and strengthening their professional growth.
- Build trusted coaching relationships that are grounded in accountability and confidentiality.
- Help learners identify suitable opportunities and take practical steps toward them.
- Connect with industry professionals and employer communities to broaden employment pathways.
- Protect sensitive personal information and handle it with care and discretion.
Requirements
- You should hold a recognised coaching qualification accredited by ICF or EMCC.
- ACC-level accreditation or above will be considered an advantage.
- You need proven experience as a Career Coach working with professionals at different stages of their careers.
- Hands-on experience delivering individual coaching programmes is essential.
- You should also have experience running group coaching sessions and training workshops.
- The role requires the ability to support people through career changes and advancement.
- Strong skills in relationship building and stakeholder engagement are important.
- You must be comfortable working remotely and supporting clients across regions and time zones.
- A solid grasp of career development frameworks and coaching methods is expected.
- Experience using psychometric assessment tools would be beneficial.
- A commitment to continuous learning, supervision, and best-practice coaching is required.

Recruitment process
