Overview

We are looking for dependable career changers to join the ticket inspection team in the Bernburg area. The role is full-time, on-site, and offered as a permanent position with an early start available immediately. Working hours are 40 per week. Compensation is between EUR 16.00 and EUR 25.00 per hour.

Key duties

  • Check passengers’ tickets carefully and help ensure that train operations run smoothly.
  • Politely explain fare and ticket rules, and respond to questions about tickets and pricing.
  • Record passenger counts and inspection results accurately to support service quality.
  • Handle unexpected situations promptly and professionally to maintain order and safety on board.
  • Work closely with train staff to contribute to a calm and pleasant journey for everyone.

Support and development

No §34a certificate? That is not a problem. The company will support you with training in accordance with §34a of the German Trade and Commerce Regulation (GewO) and guide you into the security services field.
