Role overview

For the Kehl area, we are looking for reliable and motivated career changers to join a growing security-focused company as ticket inspectors. The organization delivers professional protection and safety services and places strong emphasis on quality, dependability, and a secure environment for its clients.

The position is designed for people who want to take on a new career path in security services. Prior experience is welcome, but it is not mandatory. Candidates without a §34a license can also apply, as support is provided for the required §34a training under the German Trade Ordinance (GewO).

This is a permanent role with a 40-hour work week and an immediate start available. Compensation is stated at EUR 16.00 to EUR 25.00 per hour, with the note that pay can be above average and may include statutory and collectively agreed allowances.

Key duties

  • Check passengers' tickets carefully and help keep operations running smoothly on board the train.
  • Explain fare rules in a courteous way and answer questions about tickets and pricing.
  • Record passenger numbers and ticket inspection results accurately to support service quality.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to unexpected situations to support order and safety on the train.
  • Work closely with train staff to create a pleasant and well-coordinated travel experience for passengers.

  • Willingness to learn, including participation in internal training and further qualification.
  • Open to career changers from fields such as warehouse work, driving, hospitality, and similar backgrounds.
