Role overview
Join a large and expanding airline cabin crew operation serving a high volume of passengers across a wide route network. This position is focused on delivering safe, high-quality in-flight service while working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
No previous cabin crew experience is required. Full training is provided at no cost and is designed to equip new crew members with the core skills needed for day-to-day duties. On completion, successful candidates receive their cabin crew wings and begin flying duties.
Career progression can extend into supervisory and management paths, including Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and potentially senior inflight leadership roles.
Working pattern
This is a demanding role where safety remains the top priority. Crew are expected to work both early and late shifts. Early duties may begin as early as 5:00 am, while late-roster days may involve returning home close to midnight. Applicants should be comfortable with an early-start, late-finish shift structure and a busy operational environment.
Requirements
- You should bring strong enthusiasm and a positive approach to the role.
- You need to enjoy working with people and consistently deliver excellent customer service.
- A hardworking, adaptable and friendly personality is an advantage.
- You must be willing to work a variable shift roster, including very early mornings and late nights.
- You must have an unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.
- Height must fall between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- You need to be able to swim 25 metres without assistance.
- Clear spoken and written English is required.
