Business Systems Analyst - Regulatory Reporting

Overview

Tekgence Inc is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst specializing in Regulatory Reporting and Capital Markets products. This onsite role in Toronto involves extensive collaboration with teams based in Asia and requires thorough knowledge of financial products and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements related to regulatory reporting projects.
• Support and ensure adherence to regulatory reporting processes in conjunction with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams, particularly those in Asia, to achieve project goals.
• Maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance of data involved in the reporting.
• Work closely with both business and technical teams to effectively deliver on project requirements.

Experience and Skills Required

• Demonstrated expertise in Regulatory Reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets financial products such as Loans, Deposits, and Nostro/Vostro Accounts.
• Familiarity with the following systems: Client Data Repository (CDR), Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), Know Your Client (KYC), Booking systems, and Booking Data Repository (BDR).

Working Conditions

This role requires flexibility with working hours to accommodate coordination with teams across different time zones, including early mornings and late evenings. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is strongly preferred to enhance communication with Asian teams.
