A1 is building a proactive, AI-native assistant designed to help everyday users handle conversations, errands, organization, and routine workflows with very little prompting. The product is being developed for dependable long-running task execution, persistent context, and real-world completion of multi-step work, even when model outputs are unpredictable. The company’s aim is to help people finish daily tasks much faster, with a target of reducing time spent by roughly 90%+.
About the Role
This position works closely with core teams on the company’s most important work across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development. As the organization expands, you will help address emerging challenges, create new capabilities, and keep execution moving where it matters most.
The role suits someone who learns quickly, thinks analytically, and enjoys tackling complex problems in a fast-paced setting.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and advance high-priority initiatives across the business.
