Role Overview

This position requires an individual who takes end-to-end ownership of running a premium fitness network rather than merely managing it. The role encompasses accountability for revenue generation, profit margins, operational efficiency, service excellence, and enhancing member satisfaction. As the primary leader, you will oversee daily network performance and its strategic growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold full ownership of the profit and loss statement for the premium gym network.
  • Drive revenue expansion through memberships, renewals, personal training, and other income sources.
  • Maintain strict cost control over manpower, procurement, maintenance, and operational expenses at club level.
  • Ensure consistent operations and high-quality execution across all locations.
  • Manage the complete member lifecycle experience focusing on retention, service recovery, and maintaining a premium brand standard.
  • Direct performance evaluation and management of club managers and network teams.
  • Develop scalable systems, dashboards, and review mechanisms to reinforce accountability.

Operational Duties

  • Manage overall business results of the network with an ownership mindset.
  • Monitor key performance indicators daily, weekly, and monthly including sales, retention, facility usage, staffing, service quality, and profitability.
  • Spot profit sources and losses and rectify issues promptly.
  • Closely lead club managers to achieve commercial and operational targets across all locations.
  • Enhance member retention and satisfaction through improved execution of onboarding, training, complaint resolution, facility cleanliness, and service quality.
  • Establish robust operating routines such as reviews, audits, standard operating procedures, and follow-up actions.
  • Work collaboratively with founders and central teams to troubleshoot, optimize unit economics, and expand successful initiatives.
  • Engage in both strategic oversight and operational details as necessary.

  • Minimum five years of experience in business operations, profit and loss management, category leadership, or managing multiple units.
  • Experience preferred in industries like distribution sales, hospitality, retail, wellness, or other consumer-facing service sectors.
  • A proven history of driving growth, enhancing profitability, and leading teams successfully.
  • Strong analytical abilities and confident decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
