Role Overview

We are seeking a Field-Based Business Development Manager to drive sales growth within the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) market across a designated territory. This role focuses on expanding market presence by cultivating new business prospects and consistently exceeding monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance market footprint by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the SME sector.
  • Consistently achieve and go beyond monthly sales goals.
  • Generate new leads proactively using cold calling, email campaigns, and various outreach methods.
  • Conduct professional consultative meetings to present and demonstrate cost-saving solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to address inquiries and facilitate progress on deals.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and professional communication with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Complete administrative duties diligently, ensuring timely and precise paperwork submission.
