Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for spotting new growth opportunities, creating strategic partnerships, and broadening the company’s customer network. This position involves shaping business strategies, maintaining stakeholder relationships, reviewing market movements, drafting proposals, and negotiating agreements to support revenue goals. The role works closely with teams across the business to help accelerate expansion. This is a full-time position based onsite in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that support company growth.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Create and execute business development strategies aligned with revenue objectives.
  • Study market conditions and trends to guide outreach and planning.
  • Prepare proposals and support deal discussions through to contract closure.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure business goals are delivered effectively.
  • Manage prospecting activities, sales planning, and pipeline progress.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, relationships, and development activity.

Requirements

  • Candidates should be based in, or able to operate across, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or the UAE.
  • Strong command of English is required; Arabic language ability is an added advantage.
  • Proven background in business development, market research, and customer relationship management.
  • Capability in negotiation, strategic planning, and solving complex problems.
  • Hands-on experience in sales planning, prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Comfort with data analysis, project coordination, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building strong client relationships.
  • Awareness of technology-driven trends such as AI, digital transformation, and business automation.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a business development position, especially within technology or business solutions, is preferred.
