Job Overview
Propseekers Realty seeks a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to cultivate quality leads, establish durable client relationships, and boost sales of premium residential and commercial properties in Noida and Greater Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads via phone calls, digital queries, referrals, and networking events.
- Assess clients' requirements and suggest appropriate real estate projects accordingly.
- Arrange meetings and property visits for interested customers.
- Consistently follow up with leads to enhance conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient client transfer and finalized deals.
- Maintain precise records of prospects and clients in CRM systems.
- Meet monthly targets related to sales and lead generation.
- Keep abreast of project specifics, pricing, market trends, and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience of 0 to 3 years in sales, business development, or real estate; fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are welcome.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software usage.
