Business Development Associate

About the Role

Join Technman Consulting, a US-based IT services and consulting firm, as an Associate Consultant in the Business Development department. This full-time permanent position based in Ahmedabad involves working a fixed night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Handle full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing positions.
• Screen candidate resumes to ensure alignment with market needs before promotion.
• Manage bench consultants by understanding their expertise and preferences and proactively marketing suitable roles to them.
• Establish and nurture relationships with Prime Vendors, Account Managers, and Client Hiring Managers.
• Drive business growth by engaging existing and prospective clients to broaden market presence and improve placement outcomes.
• Take ownership of the bench marketing process to guarantee timely placements and satisfaction of consultants.

• Fluent in both written and verbal English communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective networking abilities.
• High attention to detail with capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Educational Background

• Undergraduate degrees: B.Tech, B.E., BCA (any specialization).
• Postgraduate degrees: MBA, PGDM (any specialization).
