About the Role

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join a growing technology team supporting critical business functions including sales, logistics, and customer operations. This permanent role is based in the Munich area and offers a unique chance to engage with a large-scale transformation program aimed at optimizing end-to-end business processes across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance processes related to order handling and customer fulfillment.
• Collaborate with business leaders to pinpoint and implement process improvements.
• Serve as the bridge between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate integrations involving ERP systems, digital sales platforms, and warehouse management.
• Collect and document functional business requirements accurately.
• Support various project initiatives including system enhancements and upgrades.
• Coordinate testing phases and assist in training end users.
• Track business performance metrics and contribute to ongoing improvements and reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Process Analyst.
• Solid understanding of order processing, customer service, or commercial processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems within sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or retail.
• Knowledgeable in enterprise system integrations.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills, able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Experience participating in project-based environments.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working with SAP or other major ERP platforms.
• Background in e-commerce or warehouse operations advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in SQL or data analysis.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies in project contexts.
