The position calls for someone who can manage important initiatives, work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, and help shape more efficient delivery workflows through automation and AI-enabled processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Organize, coordinate, and support projects so they are completed on schedule.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to better customer satisfaction.
• Partner with technical teams on IT initiatives and AI-assisted solutions.
• Spot opportunities to automate tasks and improve day-to-day operations.
• Build reports, dashboards, and business insights using data and AI tools.

Requirements

• 7 to 15 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving ability.
• Working knowledge of business analysis, project management, and customer success.
• Good understanding of IT systems, software applications, and digital technologies.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini, along with workflow automation.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Preferred exposure to Excel, Power BI, SQL, Jira, CRM platforms, and AI-driven business tools.
