About the role
ApMoSys Technologies Private Limited is seeking a multifaceted professional who can connect business analysis, project coordination, and customer success responsibilities. This role is suited to an experienced IT professional with a strong technology foundation and an interest in using AI-based tools to improve how teams deliver work and grow the business.
The position calls for someone who can manage important initiatives, work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, and help shape more efficient delivery workflows through automation and AI-enabled processes.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, review, and translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Organize, coordinate, and support projects so they are completed on schedule.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to better customer satisfaction.
- Partner with technical teams on IT initiatives and AI-assisted solutions.
- Spot opportunities to automate tasks and improve day-to-day operations.
- Build reports, dashboards, and business insights using data and AI tools.
Requirements
- 7 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving ability.
- Working knowledge of business analysis, project management, and customer success.
- Good understanding of IT systems, software applications, and digital technologies.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini, along with workflow automation.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Preferred exposure to Excel, Power BI, SQL, Jira, CRM platforms, and AI-driven business tools.
