Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is for a Business Analyst with a strong background in CRM and business process management platforms, based in Australia. You will work as the bridge between business users and technical teams, turning business needs into practical, scalable solutions on the Creatio platform.

The role sits within a collaborative, agile setup and spans the full delivery cycle: discovering requirements, analysing processes, shaping solutions, testing, rolling out changes, and supporting adoption after launch. It also involves work with low-code and no-code tools, workflow automation, and process improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening efficiency and user experience.

Key accountabilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to capture, analyse, and record business, functional, and system needs.
  • Review existing processes, map workflows, and identify opportunities for automation and improvement through Creatio.
  • Set up and tailor Creatio applications using low-code and no-code capabilities to align with business goals.
  • Contribute across the full project journey, including analysis, solution shaping, testing, release activities, and post-go-live assistance.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and test scenarios that support successful implementation.
  • Coordinate closely with developers, QA professionals, and solution architects to make sure business requirements are translated into workable technical outcomes.
  • Lead or support UAT sessions, gather end-user input, and assist with training and adoption activities.
  • Keep system documentation, process references, and knowledge materials accurate and current.
  • Encourage good practices in no-code delivery, workflow automation, and effective use of the Creatio environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM, BPM, or enterprise application settings.
  • Minimum 1 year of practical experience with Creatio, including CRM or Studio modules.
  • Solid understanding of BPM concepts, BPMN methods, CRM fundamentals, and workflow automation.
  • Proven ability to run requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, write specifications, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Working familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery approaches and cross-functional project collaboration.
  • Basic understanding of low-code development principles and Creatio configuration options.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sharp analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Nice-to-have advantages include Creatio certification, experience integrating via REST APIs or OData, knowledge of PostgreSQL or MS SQL, data modelling skills, and exposure to reporting or visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Benefits

  • Flexible working setup with the choice to work remotely or from an office.
  • Remote onboarding completed entirely online.
  • Annual or quarterly performance bonus opportunities, depending on role eligibility.
  • Access to ongoing learning through internal training, company libraries, and partner-led education programmes.
  • Comprehensive health and life insurance coverage.
  • Wellbeing support, including access to professional psychological assistance.
  • Reimbursement for mobile communication expenses.
  • Chance to contribute to innovative CRM, BPM, and low-code transformation programmes.
  • A supportive, collaborative environment that promotes growth and knowledge sharing.
