Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is being shared for a partner organization that handles the application review and hiring steps directly. The partner is seeking a Business Analyst (Creatio) based in India, with the role open to candidates in Canada through a remote arrangement.

The position is suited to a business analyst who has worked with CRM and business process management platforms and wants to support digital transformation work. In this role, you will connect business teams with technical specialists, turning operational needs into practical solutions built on the Creatio platform. You will contribute across the full delivery cycle, from understanding requirements and analyzing processes through testing, rollout, and adoption support. The work includes exposure to low-code and no-code tools, workflow automation, and process improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and user experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and record business, functional, and system needs.
  • Review current business workflows and identify where automation or process improvement can be achieved using Creatio.
  • Set up and tailor Creatio applications with low-code/no-code capabilities to align with business goals.
  • Contribute to projects from requirements discovery and solution planning through testing, release, and after-go-live support.
  • Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and test cases to support smooth delivery.
  • Coordinate with developers, QA professionals, and solution architects to ensure business expectations are translated into working solutions.
  • Lead or support user acceptance testing, gather stakeholder feedback, and assist with end-user training.
  • Keep system records, workflow documentation, and knowledge materials up to date.
  • Encourage strong practices around no-code development, automation, and effective use of the Creatio ecosystem.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM, BPM, or enterprise application settings.
  • At least 1 year of direct experience using the Creatio platform, including CRM or Studio modules.
  • Solid understanding of business process management, BPMN concepts, CRM fundamentals, and workflow automation.
  • Proven ability to run requirement sessions, facilitate workshops, write specifications, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Comfort working in Agile and Scrum environments and contributing to cross-functional teams.
  • Basic familiarity with low-code development ideas and Creatio configuration options.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder-handling abilities.
  • Good analytical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Preferred additions include Creatio certification, integration experience with REST APIs or OData, knowledge of PostgreSQL or MS SQL, data modeling skills, and familiarity with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Benefits

  • Flexible working setup with the option to operate remotely or from an office.
  • Fully remote onboarding experience.
  • Eligibility for performance-linked bonuses on an annual or quarterly basis, depending on the role.
  • Access to ongoing learning through internal training, company libraries, and partner-led educational programs.
  • Health and life insurance coverage.
  • Wellbeing support, including access to professional psychological assistance.
  • Reimbursement for mobile communication expenses.
  • The chance to contribute to CRM, BPM, and low-code transformation initiatives.
  • A collaborative environment designed to support growth and knowledge sharing.
