Job description
Role Overview
The Builder II Product position involves producing products that comply strictly with Stryker's manufacturing protocols and quality standards. This role actively engages in continuous improvement initiatives and team efforts aimed at enhancing quality, customer satisfaction, and operational cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture products following Stryker's quality and procedural standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to upgrade quality, service, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and validate product quality based on workmanship criteria and operational procedures.
- Comply with production methods, maintain necessary documentation, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols.
- Provide cross-training support to fellow employees.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve production line performance metrics.
- Ensure quality is integrated into every aspect of work by adhering to all quality requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
