Role overview
Geely Auto Group is hiring an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to support brand strategy across KSA and the UAE. The position focuses on building regional marketing plans, increasing brand visibility, entering new markets, and connecting with consumers across different cultures.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with global and regional teams across marketing, product development, and other functions to adapt international campaigns to Geely’s brand direction and business goals.
- Research market conditions, consumer trends, and growth opportunities across different countries to guide brand planning.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to localize brand initiatives while keeping messaging and identity consistent.
- Lead the development of marketing assets and campaigns spanning digital, advertising, public relations, and event activations.
- Track campaign performance, review results, and refine marketing plans to improve outcomes.
- Oversee brand marketing spend and allocate budget resources to support strong return on investment.
- Keep current with marketing trends and best practices, introducing fresh and effective approaches into the brand strategy.
Qualifications and experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand marketing, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated success in planning and delivering events such as conferences, auto shows, and vehicle launch programs.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Good understanding of consumer behavior and market differences across cultures and regions.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with confidence working alongside varied stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to combine creative thinking with strategic planning and data-driven evaluation of marketing performance.
- Comfort managing several projects at once and working effectively under tight deadlines.
- Mandarin and Arabic are advantageous.
Work setup
This is an office-based position in KSA or Dubai. Some travel may be required for industry events and company meetings.
