Role overview

This position is for an experienced Channel Sales Manager based in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for improving sales performance for the assigned channel by guiding the sales team effectively, shaping sales direction, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving revenue goals within approved limits.

Key responsibilities

  • Create channel-focused sales plans using past performance data, market developments, and competitor activity to grow market share.
  • Direct, motivate, and develop the sales team so they can perform at a high level and consistently deliver or exceed revenue goals.
  • Deliver assigned sales targets and support overall business expansion through strong sales team management.
  • Improve sales processes and provide operational support to increase team productivity.
  • Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships through dependable service and a strong supplier reputation.
  • Grow the customer base by sourcing, evaluating, and converting new prospects into repeat business.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives that strengthen market visibility and expand the customer portfolio.
  • Review sales patterns and lead times to help with inventory planning and optimization.

Qualifications and experience

The ideal candidate should bring at least 5 years of experience in channel sales within the automotive sector and hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field. A strong grasp of customer behavior and market trends across different cultures and regions is important. The role also calls for excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, plus the capability to work well with varied teams and stakeholders. Business-level English is required, and Arabic is an added advantage.

Work environment

This is an office-based position in KSA. The role may involve occasional travel for industry events or company meetings.
