Role summary

This full-time hybrid position is based in Kolkata and may include occasional remote work. The Bouncer will help maintain a secure venue by enforcing site rules, watching entry points, handling crowd movement, and dealing with security-related situations in a calm and professional way. The role also involves checking IDs, supporting guests when needed, and contributing to a positive visitor experience.

Key duties

• Maintain a safe environment by actively monitoring the premises and responding to security issues.
• Enforce venue regulations and manage access at entrances.
• Check identification and control entry when required.
• Oversee crowd flow to reduce risk and maintain order.
• Handle disputes and tense situations in a composed, professional manner.
• Assist guests and support a courteous, service-oriented experience.

Skills and qualifications

• Solid knowledge of physical and private security practices.
• Ability to observe surroundings and react quickly to incidents.
• Experience in protecting personnel, visitors, and property.
• Strong interpersonal ability with a customer-focused approach.
• Good judgment and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
