Role Overview
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will be the brand ambassador who inspires customers to realize their best selves through our extensive beauty selection. This role involves fostering emotional connections with customers and guiding them to explore and appreciate our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers by sharing beauty insights and delivering outstanding service.
- Promote the Sephora Beauty Pass loyalty program to introduce customers to its advantages.
- Encourage customers to utilize our eCommerce platform to drive sales and repeat purchases.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs, and recommending suitable products across categories including makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair care.
- Support customers with product trials and perform basic beauty treatments across all categories.
- Maintain a welcoming store environment by keeping the premises organized, well-stocked, and ensuring products are in optimal condition for sale.
- Engage in inventory management to minimize losses and enforce sampling policy compliance.
- Manage cashier tasks efficiently and professionally.
Candidate Profile
- A strong passion for customer service and enthusiasm for working with people.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current beauty trends and products.
- Previous experience in retail or service industries is advantageous.
- Excellent communication abilities, competence in multitasking, and familiarity with store computer systems.
- Resilience and adaptability to handle dynamic store priorities as they occur.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts aligned with mall operating hours.
