What the job involves

Who this role suits

The company is open to applicants with no previous experience, provided they bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to stay calm when things get busy. It is a good fit for someone dependable, approachable and comfortable working closely with others.

Key duties

  • Take orders, prepare beverages, dispense drinks and serve them accurately at the bar or through the customer app.
  • Bring food to guests, complete check-backs and clear plates within the expected time.
  • Greet customers warmly, thank them and help build a friendly connection.
  • Stay up to date on promotions, events and new product launches.
  • Keep the site tidy by following cleaning routines, clearing tables, wiping surfaces and checking toilets.
  • Support other areas as required, including glass washing, replenishing fridges, clearing the floor and beer garden, and other general tasks.

Hours and working pattern

  • Free meal and drink during shifts.
  • 20% discount on food, drinks and hotel stays for you and up to three guests when off duty.
  • An extra £1 per hour for work carried out between midnight and 5:59 am.
  • Bonus opportunity of up to 19% of pay.
  • Choice of guaranteed-hours or variable-hours contracts.
  • Paid holiday entitlement.
  • Free shares after the qualifying period.
  • Loyalty reward scheme.
