About the Company
NMSME DIRECT LLP, based in Mumbai, is a business consultancy and MSME networking platform dedicated to bridging small and medium enterprises with various service providers, consultants, financial institutions, and solutions for business expansion.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee mutual fund back-office operations efficiently.
- Handle processing of mutual fund transactions including purchase, redemption, SIP/STP/SWP, and switches.
- Liaise regularly with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), CAMS, and KFintech platforms for smooth operations.
- Conduct thorough verification of KYC documentation and maintain accurate records along with Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Resolve client and operational queries promptly.
- Provide continuous support to Relationship Managers to facilitate client servicing.
- Deliver comprehensive operational assistance ensuring seamless workflow.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates holding a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in any specialization or any graduate degree are eligible to apply.
