Job description
About the Role
This position is within the Emerging Business department as a full-time B2B Sales Officer, focused exclusively on field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new small and medium business (SMB) customers through direct field sales efforts.
- Perform building scans to generate potential sales leads.
- Engage with business owners to introduce and promote Airtel's range of business solutions.
- Market and sell various services including Data solutions (Internet, MPLS, Cloud), Voice postpaid plans, Broadband, and Fixed Line telephony.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to meet monthly sales objectives.
- Manage all related documentation processes and ensure timely service activations.
- Maintain and submit daily records of sales activities and field visits.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B field sales (female applicants with 6 months experience may also be considered).
- Completion of any graduate degree.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Age should not exceed 33 years.
- Preference given to female candidates.
- Must be willing and able to undertake extensive fieldwork.
