Role overview
This position is for two aviation professionals who will help convert aircraft maintenance work instructions into digital formats aligned with customer specifications. The role is focused on digitization and is not a field-based assignment. It is a remote opportunity, available as a permanent work-from-home arrangement or on a contractual basis.
Key responsibilities
- Learn customer workflows and identify ways to improve them through the company’s digital tools.
- Build a strong understanding of each customer’s aviation domain, operating challenges, and business needs.
- Support customers in setting up and managing digital enterprises and work-instruction content.
- Complete assigned work within project timelines and agreed schedules.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the product continues to meet customer expectations.
- Assist with demo preparation and deliver customer training sessions on product capabilities and usage.
Requirements and qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautics, or another aviation-related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in the aviation industry.
- Practical exposure to aircraft maintenance operations, especially airframe, engine, or component work, is preferred.
- Customer-facing experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong Excel-based data analysis abilities, including formulas, data validation, pivot tables, and charts.
- Working knowledge of project management tools is beneficial.
- Genuine interest in learning software products and digital systems.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with a willingness to learn.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Good organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle tasks efficiently.
Additional information
This role is intended for digitization work rather than on-site operational aviation work. It is a remote position.
