Overview

SkillUpTech is looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join on a 6-month contract basis with a chance for extension. The role supports critical projects by ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and timely completion within cross-functional teams based in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage project stakeholders' calendars and meetings.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and key milestones to meet deadlines.
  • Act as the central liaison coordinating between diverse functional teams.
  • Keep project documentation, trackers, and status reports updated and accurate.
  • Deliver proactive administrative and operational assistance to facilitate smooth project progress.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in roles such as Project Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or related positions involving coordination.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook with a minimum of three years hands-on experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, effective time management, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong skills in written and verbal communication.
  • Capable of working autonomously while collaborating well across multiple teams.
  • Adaptability to a hybrid work setting.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
