Role overview

The Availability Manager is accountable for store presentation, merchandising, replenishment, and stock recovery at times that create the least disruption for customers.

Because the work must be completed within strict deadlines, the role calls for strong leadership to keep the store well stocked, well presented, and operating to a high standard.

You will guide, coach, and encourage the Nightfill team while ensuring merchandising standards, planograms, and display instructions are followed. You will also help maintain a safe, upbeat workplace for the team.

Working hours

This position runs Sunday to Thursday from 1:00 pm to 10:30 pm.

Qualifications and experience

The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.

Previous retail experience, particularly in stock handling, merchandising, recovery, or presentation, would be an advantage. If you are practical, proactive, and happy to get involved hands-on, this role could be a strong match.
