Role overview

This position is an opportunity to begin a leadership journey within the store. The Availability (Nightfill) 3IC partners with the Availability 2IC and the Availability Manager to keep the store presented well, replenished, and recovered during hours that have minimal impact on shoppers. The role requires working evenings and delivering strong leadership within tight timeframes so shelves are stocked and the store looks its best.

Working hours

• Thursday to Monday, 4:30 pm to 1:00 am.
• Evening availability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with presentation, merchandising, stock replenishment, and store recovery tasks.
• Work alongside the Availability 2IC and Availability Manager to maintain high store standards.
• Help ensure the store is fully stocked and visually ready for customers within strict deadlines.
• Contribute leadership on the nightfill shift and support a strong customer experience through well-managed store presentation.
