Role Purpose

The Availability 2IC supports the smooth presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery of stock during the least busy times to avoid impacting customers. This position requires effective leadership to meet tight deadlines ensuring our stores remain well-stocked and visually appealing, contributing to making The Warehouse the preferred shopping destination for over 90% of Kiwis.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Availability Manager with managing stock availability and executing the store’s Trading Plan.
• Oversee and lead Fill Teams to complete merchandising and restocking tasks during evening hours.
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and recovery to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Working Hours

Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
