Job description

Position Overview

Wingfield Academy, part of the New Collaborative Learning Trust, is looking to recruit a dedicated Attendance Officer who will play a key role within the pastoral team. This permanent, full-time position involves working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, during term time plus two INSET days. The role centers on monitoring and improving student attendance and punctuality, focusing especially on assisting vulnerable students and their families to enhance educational access and maximize learning opportunities.

Additional Information and Benefits

  • Salary follows Band E of the School Support Staff Pay Scale: £26,403 to £28,142 full-time equivalent, with actual pro-rata salary between £22,950 and £24,461.
  • An additional recruitment and retention allowance of up to £3,000 may be offered to exceptional candidates.
