Associate Recruiter

Job Overview

We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our team remotely. This is a full-time contract position offering a pay rate of $15 to $20 per hour. Applicants should expect a weekly commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and attract potential candidates using innovative sourcing methods.
• Manage the entire recruiting process from initial candidate outreach through to offer acceptance.
• Arrange interviews, gather feedback, and ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment data to improve hiring strategies continuously.
• Keep detailed and organized candidate information in the applicant tracking system.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment cycles, preferably within startup environments.
• Expertise in sourcing with knowledge of multiple recruitment platforms and tools.
• Capability to juggle multiple recruitment pipelines and job requisitions efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong attention to detail.
• Self-driven work ethic suitable for independent tasks in a remote workspace.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders at different organizational levels.
