Role Overview
Dyson is hiring an Associate Marketing Manager for the Floorcare category marketing team. This is a hands-on support role with ownership across key commercial workstreams, including the coordination of product launches from SKU setup through consumer journey planning and retailer execution. The role also contributes to forecasting, go-to-market planning, retailer strategy, sell-in activities, and sales reporting while working closely with teams across Global Product Development, Demand and Supply Planning, Education, Sales, and Finance.
The right candidate will have some background in commercial marketing or retail strategy, be comfortable working with data to guide decisions, and be eager to deepen product knowledge while contributing as a dependable team player in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing managers to shape, roll out, and review go-to-market plans that support launch objectives such as market share growth and new product sales.
- Assist the Floorcare category team with assortment and distribution planning by turning data into practical recommendations for short- and long-term product and channel decisions.
- Take responsibility for recurring sales reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities that can improve business performance.
- Manage range planning and forecasting for consumables and accessories across 1P and 3P, using category patterns to support broader global strategy.
- Provide support to the Floorcare team on strategic planning, data review, and preparation for cross-functional and leadership meetings.

Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is $98,800 to $123,500, plus an annual bonus opportunity.
