About Coach and Coachtopia
Coach is a New York-born fashion house established in 1941, known for creating well-crafted products designed to endure. Guided by Creative Director Stuart Vevers and the brand’s inclusive, bold spirit, Coach continues to focus on making pieces that help people express themselves. Coach is part of Tapestry, a global group of brands committed to expanding what is possible through innovation and inclusion.
Coachtopia is a Coach sub-brand focused on circularity. Its mission is to help address fashion waste by transforming discarded materials into desirable products and building a more circular future for fashion.

The person in this role will collaborate across teams to ensure community work supports seasonal product narratives, brand messaging, and broader campaign goals.
Community and Creator Strategy

- Coordinate daily community and creator work, including sourcing, outreach, briefing, launch support, and end-of-campaign wrap-up.
- Contribute to creator-led storytelling and user-generated content efforts that build trust and encourage real engagement.
- Identify and support collaborations with people and communities in sustainability, culture, fashion, and adjacent spaces that fit the brand’s audience and purpose.

- Assist with tracking and managing budgets for community and creator programs.
Casting and Relationship Management

- Keep track of emerging voices, tastemakers, thought leaders, and community builders shaping current culture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with talent teams, agencies, and outside partners to keep the brand visible and relevant.
- Handle outreach and communication for selected community and creator collaborations on behalf of Coachtopia.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing teams so that talent briefs and community activations align with seasonal messaging, product priorities, and the larger brand direction.
- Partner with Global Influencer, Global Social, PR, Creative, Legal, Customer Experience, Buying, and channel teams to ensure consistent storytelling across channels.
- Share earned and paid creator assets with channel owners for use across social, email, e-commerce, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with Legal and external partners on talent agreements while making sure deliverables are clearly documented and completed.
Community Engagement and Market Execution
- Support both in-person and digital community activations tied to key brand moments, launches, collaborations, and cultural conversations.
- Help bring community programs to life in ways that build loyalty, participation, and advocacy among groups connected by shared values.
- Monitor community and audience sentiment to shape future engagement plans, content ideas, and partnership opportunities.
Trend Awareness and Insights
- Stay up to date on trends, platforms, creators, and changes in community behavior and the creator economy.
- Bring forward cultural observations and insights that can inform campaign planning and brand positioning.
- Help identify new voices, communities, and partnership opportunities that can broaden Coachtopia’s reach and relevance.
Measurement and Reporting
- Own reporting for core community and creator metrics.
- Track performance against KPIs for overall community health, as well as individual activations and seasonal campaigns.
- Support post-campaign reviews by turning results into practical recommendations for future improvement.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain the master Coachtopia community list, including both current and prospective partners.
- Support contract execution and monitor deliverables to ensure commitments are completed.
- Keep budgets, timelines, reports, and partnership records organized and up to date.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should hold a BA or BS degree, or bring an equivalent mix of education and relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools such as CreatorIQ, Tribe, or similar platforms is also needed.
Preferred Experience
