Associate Housing Attendant

About the Role

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is looking for an Associate Housing Attendant to support the Talent & Culture team in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming residential environment for associates. The position contributes to a positive housing experience by helping ensure accommodation areas remain well cared for, functional, and aligned with high hospitality standards.

About the Team

You will work alongside the Talent & Culture team and support the Associate Housing Manager. The team is responsible for keeping associate accommodation in excellent condition and for helping build engagement and community within the housing environment.

Your Impact

In this role, you will help create comfortable living spaces for associates by keeping accommodation areas organized, hygienic, and operational. You will coordinate with internal departments, outside service providers, and maintenance teams to support a respectful and efficient residential community.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep all associate housing areas tidy, organized, and presentable, including private rooms and shared facilities.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to make sure repairs, maintenance work, and services are completed smoothly.
• Carry out routine checks to maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Set up accommodation units for incoming associates and explain housing rules and expectations during onboarding.
• Track maintenance issues and follow up until they are properly resolved.
• Help maintain a secure and respectful living environment by raising concerns, documenting incidents, and assisting with community engagement activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel or resort setting, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Hands-on familiarity with basic maintenance or engineering work such as painting, plumbing, and minor repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, orderly surroundings.
• A self-starting approach with the ability to manage priorities and work with limited supervision.
• Good communication skills and a strong service orientation.
• Physical ability to handle operational duties.
• A valid UAE driving license.
