Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead Cloud Enterprise Sales operations at our Bengaluru office. This full-time role requires working on a fixed US shift with weekends off. The candidate will be instrumental in driving pipeline development, boosting revenue, managing client relations, and leading multiple sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales operations targeting the US/North American markets with a focus on enterprise SaaS and cloud technologies.
- Manage enterprise accounts and engage in technical sales activities.
- Oversee and guide multiple hierarchical teams including managers, team leads, and business development representatives.
- Drive growth through strategic forecasting, operational excellence, and cultivating team development.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud sales and sales operations.
- Proven experience in handling sales processes and client management within the US or North America.
- Strong leadership capabilities managing multi-layered teams.
- Experience with SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology solutions is essential.
- Must be willing to work from the Bangalore office adhering to the US shift timings.
