Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service operations within BPO, healthcare, claims processing, or collections sectors, drawing on 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Manage complex customer issues and escalations effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure resolutions.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to independently resolve cases and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and manage coordination across departments.
  • Employ proficiency in MS Office, web tools, email platforms, and data management systems.
  • Adapt to a 24x7 operational environment with flexibility.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong command of English communication, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated capability in customer handling and managing escalations tactfully.
  • Sharp analytical thinking with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Effective multitasking and time management skills to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare claims and insurance processes is advantageous.
